E-Learning Platform
I have created a learning platform, available in multiple languages which provides usable language training for point of sale employees.
Rewards
To encourage users to participate in training, participants can earn small rewards for completing courses. Companies can also receive certificates to preset on their reception walls to illustrate they have trained professionals.
Interpreting technical information
Taking the complex english provided by technical colleagues and translating it into understandable benefits able to be deployed by the trainee later.
Courses arranged in modules
Users can take a set of courses to complete a module. Completion of each module is rewarded with a major reward for completing all modules.
Validation
Trainees have to complete a questionnaire to finish the course. Only those with a sufficient score can complete the course. The course must be retaken if the final score is not high enough
Award certificates
Users can download certificates which can be taken with them to show new employers they have undertaken training. Alternatively, their current employer can display these for consumers to see that they have professionally trained technicians.
